Wyandot BHN offers multiple walk-in crisis centers that offers24/7 services for youth and adults who need immediate, compassionate support. Whether you’re facing overwhelming stress, suicidal thoughts, or substance use concerns, our trained professionals are ready to help—no referral or appointment required.
We offer walk-in crisis services at Wyandot Center, PACES (for youth and families), and RSI Crisis Center.

Whether you’re facing an emotional emergency or a substance use crisis, our walk-in crisis support is here 24/7 to provide immediate assistance and guide you toward stability and healing.
Wyandot Center Crisis Clinic
Visiting our Crisis Clinic at 1301 N. 47th St., Building A, Kansas City, KS from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
PACES
Families can walk in to PACES (7840 Washington Avenue) Monday to Thursday between 9 and 6 and Friday between 9 and 4:30. Clients walking in to PACES for crisis services are seen within 30 minutes.
RSI Crisis Center
Individuals in crisis may also walk-in to RSI, or family members and friends can bring a loved one in for care. RSI houses our sobering, observation, and stabilization units.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or life-threatening situation, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for urgent medical care.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a family member, friend, or any support person with you. Having someone you trust by your side can provide comfort during difficult times. Our staff may also include your support person as part of your care plan, with your permission, to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
If ongoing support is needed beyond immediate crisis stabilization, our team will help connect you with local resources. This can include therapy services, case management, housing assistance, and other behavioral health programs to support your recovery and stability. We’re here to help you along your journey toward better mental health.
