More questions?
Contact UsYes! One of the core components of our rapid rehousing program is helping you secure safe, stable housing. Our case managers work closely with you to search for available units, communicate with landlords, complete rental applications, and advocate on your behalf throughout the housing process. You won’t have to do it alone.
The length of support can vary based on your specific situation and funding availability. Generally, rental assistance is provided for a few months up to a year, with ongoing case management during that time. Our goal is to help you stabilize and transition into independent housing without continuous support.
Not necessarily. While having some source of income can help with long-term stability, it is not a requirement to enter the program. Our team will work with you to identify resources and support services, including employment or benefits assistance, that help you maintain housing outside of our program.
