Medication Management
Safe, Supportive Medication Management
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is designed to help you get the best possible results from your medications.
We’ll work closely with you and your healthcare providers to thoroughly examine all the medications you’re taking. Together, we’ll review dosages, watch for potential side effects or interactions, and ensure each medication effectively supports your mental health and overall well-being. This personalized approach helps catch potential issues early, improves your treatment plan, and keeps you informed about your care, so you feel confident and in control.
We have an on-site pharmacy through Genoa Health at Wyandot Center, providing you a central location to receive services and pick up your medication.

"I had an extreme case of PTSD when I came here. I worked with a psychiatrist, a therapist and a case manager every week.
