From Rapid Response to Long-Term Support
Kim Wilson Housing’s Homeless Outreach Program is dedicated to reaching individuals experiencing homelessness in Wyandotte County.
As part of Wyandot Behavioral Health Network, our outreach specialists engage with people wherever they are—in encampments, shelters, or on the street. They offer compassionate support, assess needs, and connect people with services such as housing, behavioral health, and basic necessities.
How Outreach Services Work
Our Homeless Outreach Team meets individuals right where they are: on the streets, in shelters, or in the community. We listen first, assess urgent needs, and connect people to housing, health care, and long-term support.
