The Auditor pimary responsibility will be serve as the primary point of contact with our external audit firm and will be responsible for the timeliness and overall success of the annual financial statement audit process.  This position reports directly to the VP / Chief Financial Officer.

Case Manager - Adult - Full Time

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our adult case management team. The Case Manager affects improvement in the lives of individuals who experience severe mental illness who are seeking care by assisting them with oversight of their physical, mental health and financial wellness, based on their needs. They are community-based and work closely with the individual’s behavioral health team, medical staff, and family members to ensure they are adequately supported.

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Case Manager of Integrated Care Coordination to affectly improve the overall health of individuals by providing care management, care coordination and tobacco cessation services.

Case Manager - Transitional Age Youth - (18-29)

Wyandot BHN os seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provides goal directed services to young adults with severe and persistent mental illness (ages 18-29) for the purpose of increasing functional skills, decreasing the need for hospitalization, and maximizing independent functioning in the community. Young adult case managers will support clients with attending groups and drop-in services to increase social engagement and access to age-appropriate supports in the community. Young adult case managers will collaborate with the Early Psychosis Intervention Care (EPIC) Team serving clients in their first episode of psychosis.

Crisis Intervention Team Co-Responder - Adult (CCBHC)

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated CIT Co-Responder to provide behavioral health services in partnership with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department (KCKPD). The program is designed to provide crisis mental health interventions on-site, in conjunction with, Law Enforcement personnel. This position is an employee of Wyandot Center for Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. and reports directly to the Director of Crisis & Access Services.

EHR Specialist

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated EHR Specialist to provide EHR Specialist for all staff members. The EHR Specialist is also responsible for clinical chart reviews, assisting in department functions, assisting in data reporting and other administrative functions as needed. This position reports directly to the Director of Data Management.

Hospital Liaison/AOT Coordinator

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated, full time Hospital Liaison/AOT Coordinator to provide liaison services to Wyandotte County adult residents hospitalized at Osawatomie State Hospital (OSH) or designative state hospital alternative beds. Participate in admission, ongoing treatment, AOT, and discharge planning.  Coordinate follow-up services to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital back to community based services. This position reports to the Manager of Crisis and Access Services.

Integrated Health Care Liaison

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Integrated Health Care Liaison to improve the overall health of Wyandotte County residents by integrating and coordinating medical and behavioral health care within Vibrant Health and Wyandot Behavioral Health Network.  This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the National Council’s Comprehensive Health Integration Model between both organization including referral coordination, improving communication and understanding between all entities, connecting to community resources and community education while being client/patient driven.

LPN- Evening Shift-RSI

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing services, mental health assessments and treatment to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness; multiple positions available through-out the organization.

The Manager of Case Management will assist team members to provide exceptional service to adults and families by achieving all agency standards. Responsible for supervision of a team of case managers that serve adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician - Adult to join our crisis stabilization team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Mental Health Tech provides direct client care, interacting with clients either individually or in a group setting.

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated part-time Peer Support Specialist to join our Homeless Outreach team. This position provides individual support to consumers within the Wyandotte County community that may be experiencing mental health care challenges. They help clients and their families receiving support to identify skills, life goals, and resources that they can use to enhance their own wellness and achieve their life goals. The Homeless Outreach Specialist w/Lived Experience shares their story to inspire hope and to develop mutuality in peer-to-peer relationships.

Psychiatrist - Adults - Full Time

Wyandot BHN is seeking a Psychiatrist to provides psychiatric assessments, medication reviews, treatment and consultation on behalf of a variety of clients. The staff psychiatrist understands the medical responsibility of Wyandot Center clients will be vested in them as a licensed physician.

Senior Director of Clinical & Specialty Services

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Senior Director of Clinical & Specialty Services to join our PACES youth administration team! The Senior Director is responsible for ensuring the successful leadership and management of the Clinical Services (Intake and therapy services) and Specialty Services (Emergency Crisis Home and Community Based services), with overall responsibility of the operations, programs, expansion, and provision of excellence in care. The Senior Director will have the skills to work independently and in close collaboration with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

Therapist - Access and Community Response - Youth

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Access and Community Response Therapist to join our youth crisis clinic team. We pride ourselves on being a great family oriented environment that staff like to call home. The Access and Community Response Therapist provides timely initial assessments and crisis stabilization to children and adolescents. Engage individuals more deeply from their first encounter with PACES by being responsive to their immediate needs and concerns.  Collaborates and coordinates with external partners within the community and promptly provides mental health assessments, hospital screens, and mobile crisis intervention.  Assess and connect families to higher levels of care including SED Waiver services and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.

Therapist - Community Based Therapy (SUD) Youth

The Vocational Consultant will be responsible for engage and establish trusting, collaborative relationships with clients directed toward the goal of competitive employment and/or education completion. The Supported Employment team is responsible for the planning, assessment, placement, development and follow through of community based employment for people with severe and persistent mental illness.
