Wyandot BHN is seeking dedicated part-time & full time Attendant Care Providers to join our adult care services team! This position is an entry level, direct support position in the field of behavorial healthcare.

The Attendant Care Provider provides training in life & social skills in an individual or group settingassistance and constructive guidance to individuals and acts as an assistant to Case Managers. The Attendant Care Provider - Adult may work at a specific organizational facility, an authorized community/program location and/or client home.

Attendant Care Provider - Children's Emergency Shelter - Full-Time

Robert's place provides guidance, support, respite and stabilization for children ages 3-17. Jail and Court Liaison

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated, full-time Jail and Court Liaison to promote jail diversion for individuals who would be better served in mental health outpatient treatment, and to facilitate a strong working inter-connection of mental health and corrections in Wyandotte County.

Mental Health Tech

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician to join our RSI crisis stabilization team on a PRN basis. The Mental Health Technician position is the first point of contact for the clients and the families of the clients. This position will also assist in the coordination and care of clients seeking behavioral health services.

Mobile Crisis Responder - After-Hours (On-Call)

We are seeking an After-Hours Mobile Crisis Responder (PRN) to provide assessments, intakes, interventions, hospital screens and crisis resolution in the community for both, youth and adults. This person will work in partnership with the Kansas City, Kansas community on an on-call basis. This person will work closely with the Wyandotte County Jail, local hospitals, law enforcement, HRADAC, and our 24/7 crisis center (RSI).

Nurse - LPN (PRN)

We are seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing services, mental health assessments and treatment to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness in our 24/7 crisis stabilization center .

Peer Support Specialist - Adult

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist to join our adult team. The Peer Support Specialist provides individual support to consumers within the Wyandotte County community that may be experiencing mental health care challenges. They help clients and their families receiving support to identify skills, life goals, and resources that they can use to enhance their own wellness and achieve their life goals. The Peer Support Specialist uses a strength-based approach to inspire hope and to develop mutuality in peer-to-peer relationships.

Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing services, mental health assessments and treatment to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness in our 24/7 crisis stabilization center.

Therapist - School Liaison/Co-Responder – Youth

Wyandot BHN is currently seeking a dedicated Therapist - School Liaison/Co-Responder to join our youth/school based therapy team! The School Liaison/Co-Responder will respond to the 4 area school districts to potentially de-escalate situations and offer safety alternatives outside of law enforcement, emergency room or acute hospitals. The School Liaison/Co-Responder will collaborate with local area schools to provide full mental health assessments and help youth and families connect to already existing supports or refer for engagement in mental health and recovery support services.

Therapist - Youth School Based - Wyandot Academy

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated School Based Therapist to join our youth therapy team at the Wyandot Academy.
