Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our central office team! Using an aged accounts receivable report, the Accounts Receivable Specialist audits and performs collections for accounts as assigned with outstanding balances for all insurance. This position reports activity on a regular basis as designated. The Accounts Receivable Specialist additionally Re-files for services when payment is inadequate and reconciles accounts that are inaccurate.

Attendant Care Provider - Children's Emergency Shelter - Full-Time

Wyandot BHN is seeking dedicated full-time Attendant Care Providers to join our PACES children's emergency shelter team at Robert's Place. Robert's place provides guidance, support, respite and stabilization for children ages 3-17. Customer Care Rep - (Front Desk Rep)

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated full time Customer Care Representative to assist consumer's using our services. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, data entry, sending faxes, processing mail and payments and provides services to meet the needs of the consumers and staff. Bi-Lingual preferred but not required.

Customer Care Representative/Lobby Screener - BiLingual

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative/Lobby Screener to welcome and screen visitors entering the facility and provides back-up to the front desk customer care reps. This role requires a dependable and caring individual who has the ability to communicate courteously and effectively with clients, visitors and staff. When performing the role of Lobby Screener the duties require the ability to stand/walk for a three to four hour shift.  

*Required to wear PPE (including masks, face shield, and gloves, if needed), frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.

Manager - High Intensity Support Team

The Manager of the High Intensity Support Team oversees and leads and leadership of direct services, supervision and development of case management and other related services to individuals in the community who have intensive needs. Works with Manager to design and develop programs to enhance and develop intensive community based services to individuals who have higher rates of hospital admissions, arrests, involvement in the criminal justice system and have other higher needs.

Peer Support Specialist - Adult

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated part time Peer Support Specialist to join our adult team. The Peer Support Specialist must have "lived expereince" with their own mental health challenges in the past. The Peer Support Specialist provides individual support to consumers within the community that may be experiencing mental health care challenges. They help clients and their families to identify skills, life goals, and resources that they can use to enhance their own wellness and achieve their life goals. The Peer Support Specialist uses a strength-based approach to inspire hope and to develop mutuality in peer-to-peer relationships.

Therapist - Crisis Access and Intake - Youth

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Crisis Access and Intake Therapist to join our youth crisis clinic team. We pride ourselves on being a great family oriented environment that staff like to call home. The Crisis Access and Intake Therapist provides crisis intervention and support to youth and families experiencing an acute crisis. Complete admission evaluations with youth/adolescent clients and their guardian. Coordinate services to ensure timely and appropriate services based on child/youth level of functioning and mental health symptoms. Provide initial follow up with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Therapist - Crisis Clinician - Adult

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated Therapist (Crisis Clinician) to provide admission evaluations with primarily adults with the possibility of providing evaluations and interventions for youth and/or adolescent individuals.  Provide initial follow up with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.  Complete clinical assessments to determine the necessity of higher levels of care using the Kansas screening process.
