The Attendant Care Provider provides training in life & social skills in an individual or group settingassistance and constructive guidance to individuals and acts as an assistant to Case Managers. The Attendant Care Provider - Adult may work at a specific organizational facility, an authorized community/program location and/or client home.

The Peer Support Specialist must have "lived expereince" with their own mental health challenges in the past. The Peer Support Specialist provides individual support to consumers within the community that may be experiencing mental health care challenges. They help clients and their families to identify skills, life goals, and resources that they can use to enhance their own wellness and achieve their life goals. The Peer Support Specialist uses a strength-based approach to inspire hope and to develop mutuality in peer-to-peer relationships.

Peer Support Specialist - Homeless Population

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated temporary Peer Support Specialist to join the team that supports our community's homeless population. The Peer Support Specialist provides individual support to consumers within the Wyandotte County community that may be experiencing mental health care challenges. They help clients and their families receiving support to identify skills, life goals, and resources that they can use to enhance their own wellness and achieve their life goals. The Peer Support Specialist uses a strength-based approach to inspire hope and to develop mutuality in peer-to-peer relationships.

This position is temporary but may turn into long term. The right person may have an opportunity to move into a similar role at the end of the temporary assignment providing they meet the requirements of the posiotion.

Therapist - School Liaison/Co-Responder – Youth

Wyandot BHN is currently seeking a dedicated Therapist - School Liaison/Co-Responder to join our youth/school based therapy team! The School Liaison/Co-Responder will respond to the 4 area school districts to potentially de-escalate situations and offer safety alternatives outside of law enforcement, emergency room or acute hospitals. The School Liaison/Co-Responder will collaborate with local area schools to provide full mental health assessments and help youth and families connect to already existing supports or refer for engagement in mental health and recovery support services.

Therapist - Youth School Based - Wyandot Academy

Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated School Based Therapist to join our youth therapy team at the Wyandot Academy.
